This Pineapple Conure is a happy go lucky parrot. DNA tested Male Parrot - He is only 2 years old (Jan 2019) and is partially trained and tame. Lovely colour, just moulted so literally gleaming. We have his DNA paperwork which includes his birth date. He talks a little, likes to sit on your shoulder, will fly to you (not always on command) and talk in your ear and loves to play with his toys and ball, he takes well to training games. He is very affectionate but has been known to nip and bite a little but this can be easily remedied with more training and a cautious hand, he is a bird after all. Not very noisy but does greet you with a happy squark when you enter the room and likes to dance and nod his head. He is used to being out of his cage for a good portion of the day but will happily sit munching, preening and chattering to himself. Goes back in his cage on his own and quite easily most times if you need him to although sometimes he needs a little encouragement. He sleeps well. Has been fed a good diet of well rounded parrot foods and fresh vegetables and fruit. Favourite treats, sunflower seeds and grapes. Loves his bath and has a daily dip. Reluctant sale but we have to find him a loving home due to him not getting on with our other bird. Can include his cage, toys and food for and added fee of £100

I have a very sweet, needy, cuddly umbrella cockatoo for adoption. He is 6 years old and was previously owned by a lady who loved him. He has separation anxiety and will scream if he can't see 'his person' . -He is a sweetheart, very tame with a huge vocabulary. Says hello, good morning, who's a good boy, what you doing, what's that, exactly, I love you, I love you more, lots of muttering and mumbling and chatter etc. -Seems to prefer ladies, though good with a male partner -He is harness trained. -He is very sensitive to changes in his room, prefers low light -He was not cage trained - ie with set cage time, out time, so shouts if put in his cage. He is learning to adapt to cage time and wants to be put to bed exactly at 4.15pm. - Not used to being with many family members but is slowly adjusting to it. -Likes porridge, fruit, bananas, pasta You will need to: -have proven experience with large parrots or cockatoos. - be either single or with a partner/one or 2 other house mates. - be either retired or not working if possible.
