We are absolutely gutted we are having to rehome our gorgeous boy Marley, we have had him 1.5yrs, and watched him grow and change from a shy, scared, socialized puppy...into a happy, confident, funny, gorgeous, loving boy! He is the best dog I have ever seen with children, my son is a very hyper active, hands on, rough, 4yr old! No matter what we say or do those two have wrestling matches daily, and both actually love it! Marley takes anything throw at him and makes a game of it, hewould never ever go for a child 100% trust that, he needs plenty of attention and strokes. I have become very I'll over the past 8months and getting worse, aswell as my type 1 diabetic daughter, 80yr old father who has become terminally I'll and disabled brother I am having to care for all of us, as well as my 4year old. It has taken alot of thought, the past 4 months and discussion but we are now making the decision marley deserves a lovely life, he is not getting anywhere near the amount of attention and love he needs, and I am getting more unwell trying to fit time in for him too. Due to hospital attendances/admission he is left alone daily now and for long hours. I have no one close who can take him, even my kids have come to terms it's in his best interest. He is fully trained and very obedient, however need lead training badly and doesn't seem good with dogs...although not really let him off with others, off lead in woods ect, but never other dogs gets aggertated and looks unfriendly.... Easily trained for tricks ect...was reduced from Romania at 8weeks and has his own passport...I brought him for 300 age 1 from a lady in stevenage who could not cope with a dog, he hadn't been out of around anyone hardly atall and was extremely scared of everyone and everything, we quickly changed him into a completely different dog! Needs energetic owners who are playful. However fine to be left alone whilst at work ect....and fine off lead in open spaces, eats normal wet dog food any kind really, fully worked, fleed ect

Our three-year old male border collie, Marshall, needs to be re-homed. He is perfectly healthy, vaccinated and microchipped. He gets along well with other animal and is obedient. He should ideally be in a home without children. We would like offer him for adoption to a good home with lots of space. He would be good for hikers or people living in a rural setting.
