Here is my female saluki/greyhound, snowy. We bought her in the hope to join our saluki/greyhound family.
She is nothing but sweet loving girl. Shes a sensitive soul - defiantly like a saluki. She’s very reserved, chilled and has a lot of love to give. She is fully toilet trained and sleeps upstairs with us on the landing in a bed. She slept on our bedroom floor for first few nights. She was fully vet checked 7 April 2021. Nails were clipped, vet said she’s very healthy but could do with a bit of weight putting on. When we bought her she smelt so bad no baths was making her smell better, her fur was stained yellow. She has had a little shave but will soon grow back.
She’s a little weary of our 2 other dogs, they are so loving but we think they are too bouncy for her. Snowy just wants to chill out and the running round of the other dogs makes her a little skittish.
She’s not aggressive at all though.
Very loyal off lead.
She eats wet food, we feed raw but she is not interested in that.
My vet confirmed she is not micro chipped either so this will need to be done. She has been wormed and fleed 07 Apr.
She is good with my children(all under 5) although likes to be left alone.
We have left her for around 3 hours and she was perfect!
