As February is black dog awareness month let's see if we can get this beautiful girl a forever home - this is Nina. In June 2018 we received a message about a puppy who was wandering about without an owner and was clearly in pain and could not stand on her back legs. We found her and it appeared that she had been hit by a car. She wasn't microchipped. We got her straight to the vet where We discovered that she had broken her leg. She went through orthopedic surgery, and had an external fixator fitted that she had to wear for over a month. She is fully recovered and is not expected to need any further treatment in this regard. Nina is vaccinated, microchipped, castrated, flea and worm treated. She is friendly with other dogs and very good with children. A home check will apply
