Gorgeous Frank is a 2 year old (neutered) Bullmastiff – All he wants in life is to be loved and cuddled. Unfortunately his owners are currently going through a divorce and have started to share custody of him (and their children 50/50). Until the week before Christmas Frank has been the perfect pet and has always been walked off lead in parks and other suitable locations, never showing any aggression towards other dogs, he has always been the big friendly giant, even with little dogs snapping at him. However, he has started to become very unsettled and agitated at not having one constant owner to look up to, to guide him and simply to have there to be his comfort and his person. The week before Christmas Frank took a dislike to a large breed male dog in the park, he became so aggressive around him to the extent that he now requires a muzzle and has to be on the lead. He basically doesn’t know what is happening and the situation is unlikely to change any time soon. So we are now looking for a forever home for this lovely friendly giant. Ideally he would be suited to a home where at least one person either worked from home or was retired. He walks well with a halti lead and as such for a big dog is easy to walk. He doesn’t like going for long walks and would be happy with a 20 minute walk a day, or even just to be able to roam a large garden in the country side. He loves nothing more than being with his person. Frank is most definitely an indoors dog and would not take well to being in kennels. He currently lives with 3 young children but due to his size and change in behaviour we would not be happy to rehome him with children under the age of 13. Ideally he needs a home where there are no other dogs and or cats. There is a possibility that he could be ok with a bitch but that would have to be assessed and subject to how they take to one another. Please contact to negotiate price
