My beautiful girl Kira gave birth to 6 adorable puppies on Monday 25th September 2023. The dad is my handsome boy, Bear. Kira is 3 years old and Bear will be 5 in March. They are from different litters and are not related in any way. Bear is a unique red and white husky and Kira is pure white with blue eyes which some of her babies have inherited! We have decided to keep 2 out of the 6 so we have 4 girls for sale. 1 x charcoal grey with blue eyes 3 x black and white with shades of grey and 2 with blue eyes I am looking for these babies FOREVER homes and I can’t stress the ‘forever’ enough. It will break my heart to learn that they will ever end up in RSPCA like so many of them do and with this if; for whatever reason, you are no longer able to keep them then please contact me, regardless of age and I will try to help wherever I can. If you know Siberian Huskies, you know they aren’t for the faint hearted. Not just because they shed enough to create another dog but because they require a lot of stimulation. I have had 3 huskies and all have been different, stimulation hasn’t always been going for walks hours on end like people assume but general mind stimulation too. Playing with toys, socialising, having YOUR attention and I can promise you, if you are capable of this the rewards you reap from being an owner is tenfold. Ideally, I’d like the puppies to stay with mum until at least 9/10wks to give them the best possible start in life. They will have all their first jabs and microchip at 8wks old. Mum and dad will always be visible upon any visit and the pups have been around and handled by children (this is something I think is so important and Kira and Bear are fantastic with them. For context my nephew is 7 and my niece is 14) Our house is the perfect combination of crazy and peaceful so they will also be used to both atmospheres. Sadly, my beautiful husky is up for adoption to the right home, as my new house isn’t big enough for him. He is exceptionally well-trained. He is house-trained, is highly sociable and adores other dogs as well as children. Despite his size, he is incredibly gentle. As he is only two years old, he needs at least 2 hours exercise per day and ideally a home with a large backyard. For a husky, he is a very quiet-natured dog. He vocalises when he needs the bathroom, or hears an ambulance! Outside of this, he has an incredibly relaxed temperament. He is incredibly energetic and is well-suited to a family home where he will have lots of games to play and people to interact with. He is a fantastic example of the breed and is an absolute showstopper when walking down the street. People flock to pat him or just interact (all of which he absolutely laps up of course). He does not react to aggression from other dogs and is very trusting. He’s tolerant of small children and will allow pats and interaction other dogs wouldn’t such as stroking his paws or tail. No behavioural issues at all. Does “paw”, “spin”, “lie down” and most commands quite well. As a husky, he isn’t great off lead as his prey drive is very high. However, he is incredibly intelligent and if he does escape off lead, he will return….eventually! This is an incredibly difficult decision for me to make as he is just an absolute pleasure and joy to be around. Unfortunately, I no longer have enough room to keep him happy. He needs a larger property. Presently he comes to work every day. He can be by himself at home with no issues provided he is used to the environment. But he is generally so well-behaved he can easily spend the day at the office and be quite content. He hasn’t been neutered and would make an excellent stud dog. Serious offers only and only from owners who have the space and time will be considered. Viewing is a must.
