Does respond well to treats as a distraction on walks if other dogs are barking/boisterous. 2 x 20 minute walks per day with som ball throwing (mental stimulation) and free play in the garden. OFF LEAD Good for 8 months responding great with treats. Taken to an enclosed field weekly locally and then bi weekly using a 25ft training lead when out walking. TRAINING Around training he has attended and enjoyed puppy classes and then went on to do the 12-16 weeks further training and he responds well when training using puppy treats. SOCIALISING Great with family, friends and O.A.P at home and on walks ranging from babies right through to the elderly. OTHER PETS Lives with other dogs, cats and reptiles and is well socialised. CRATE TRAINED Yes, he is crate trained. He can be left 7-8hrs in the daytime with no current issues. INDOOR / OUTDOOR We have a garden which Tarky loves, he has been brought up as a family house pet indoors, hes not been brought up as an outdoor only pet (locked kennel etc) FOOD Dry food. Loves his food SLEEP Sleeps all night from 10pm to 6am in a crate, on the floor in the hallway, floor by the bed or in another room with the other pets behind a closed door. KC REGISTERED No LINES German DOESN'T LIKE The odd face mask now and again, although this has almost stopped now. LIKES The postman and anyone who comes to the house, eating and sleeping and spending time with people. ISSUES No issues at present. COMES WITH Collar, lead, his nylabone, half a big bag of food, bag of puppy treats. REASON FOR REHOME It's heartbreaking to do this, Tarky short for Tarquin would be happy in any home where he can have a good sleep or see whats going on, he responds well to positive reinforcement and if you have some love to give he will love you back, he's not a gaurd dog he's a big softy and has been brought up as the later. He has been brought up around children from toddlers to late teens, dogs, cats and other animals and loves to be part of everyday life with you. This is a sad sale of an amazing boy. Loving homes only! LASTLY Bring some puppy treats with you if you want to meet him, he is so kind. and gentle.
